It's been a while since I have written , alot has gone on in the last yr & 10 months . Love Dr. Edward Hallowell's book, "Delivered from Distraction." And love what he says, "ADHD's only a distraction if it gets in the way of living your life." Some days ADHD's my gift. Other days, well, I'm not quite so sure! LOL
