Love Dr. Edward Hallowell's book, "Delivered from Distraction." And love what he says, "ADHD's only a distraction if it gets in the way of living your life." Some days ADHD's my gift. Other days, well, I'm not quite so sure! LOL

Am I the only one out there who does the ADHD thing but whose kids don't? Well, maybe one grandkid out of the seven's "got it." He, of course, lives with me and his grandfather. Hmm. Maybe it's catching after all.
